Adrien Falcon

Wine Director and Sommelier at Bouley Restaurant
Adrien grew up in Savoy, France, close to the Italian border. His career in restaurants began at the age of 18 as a Commis Sommelier in Courchevel. Adrien attended L’Université du Vin in Suze La Rousse and has worked in restaurants all over France, from Saint Tropez to Megeve. Adrien has managed the cellars of many Michelin starred establishments and has worked with the cuisines of Pierre Gagnaire, Marc Veyrat and Guy Martin. He has traveled extensively throughout European vineyards as part of his rigorous training for the Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) craftsmen competition. He joins us most recently from the Lancaster Hotel, a 5-star property in Paris on the Champs Elysees, where he worked as head sommelier.
