At our sushi bar chef Eiji Ichimura serves traditional edo-mae sushi in an intimate setting. Initially trained in Tokyo Chef Ichimura has been honing his craft in New York City for over thirty years, experimenting with aging and curing the wide range of seafood available here to bring out a surprising depth and complexity of flavor.
Omakase menus start at $160, with Chef Ichimura improvising and tailoring the menu to each individual customer. Offerings change daily depending on seasonal availability or unusual or rareitems that have arrived
