Dear Iris..cannot tell you how incredibly fabulous last night’s dinner was. Gordon and I both agreed it was by far the best dinner we have had since our frequent visits to France!!! Bar none!!!  Please relate this to Ray and David Bouley.  I will see Ray this Saturday and voice my raves!

Please add me to your mailing list; I would love to attend one of the farm dinners if possible.





I could not have asked for more; it was a SPECTACULAR evening.  David was so happy, and I’ve been flooded with emails from guests raving about the magic of the place, the perfection of the food, etc.  Thank you so much!!!  I only wish I had some other event to organize, so we could begin planning all over again.

I’m regretful about one thing, though:  Jean Baptiste gave me a menu signed by the chef for David, and I somehow left it in the space (under my plate, I think).  He also included a second menu that I think entitled David and me to a cheese tasting.  I’m hoping and praying that those items were recovered in the clean-up and that I can still get hold of them.  David wanted to keep the signed menu for a memento.

Let me know if those items have turned up.  And meanwhile, thank you for a flawless, sensational evening!
