Bouley’s restaurant operations at 163 Duane Street will conclude tonight, however the Main Dining Room, The Red Room and the Chef’s Pass will each remain available for private booking through the end of 2017. Our already dedicated private event spaces – Bouley Botanical, the Private Room at Brushstroke restaurant and the NEW Bouley Test Kitchen in Flatiron – are open indefinitely.
We will also produce various culinary, artistic and health-focused experiences in all of our spaces over the coming months (about which you can find further information at BouleyEvents.com), and unveil a new, separate restaurant concept imminently.
