The Chef’s Pass

Chef’s Pass,  seating up to 13 guests, named for the area in the kitchen where the dishes finishing touches are applied and then passed to the server, is a unique dining experience that brings the guest closer to the chef and culinary team.

It’s a place, the decisive moment, where we assemble the dish, just before it goes out to our guests in the dining room.

This intimate private room is nestled between the kitchen and main dining room. Throughout the meal, a video feed displays photos taken over the past several years of food market scenes and notable vineyards from all over the world.

The room features a polished, terra toned petrified wood table under a 1930s teardrop chandelier. Guests can also take advantage of the screen to present their own slideshows, personalizing and further enhancing their celebration.
