Sample Menus

Due to the seasonality of ingredients in the green market, our menus change frequently. Menus are to be chosen no more than two weeks before your event. We will notify you about any menu change prior to your event. We are happy to work with you on any special requests you may have including occasion cakes or vegetarian options. Please also inform us if your guests have dietary concerns and/or food aversions.

Prepayment Cake Form

Hors d’oeuvres
One hour passed canapés:
Chef’s selection of canapés, $30 per person.
Select 5 different canapés, $30 per person.
Select 6 different canapés, $35 per person.

Lunch
Three-course Set Menu – $75 per person

Includes: Chef’s Canapé, Appetizer, Entrée, Intermezzo, Dessert.

Four-course Set Menu – $85 per person

Includes: Chef’s Canapé, Appetizer, Mid course, Entrée, Intermezzo, Dessert.

Dinner

Three-course Menu – $145 per person, $170 with choices

Includes: Chef’s Canapé, Appetizer, Entrée, Intermezzo, Dessert.

Four-course Menu – $170 per person, $200 with choices

Includes: Chef’s Canapé, Appetizer, Mid Course, Entrée, Intermezzo, Dessert.
Courses must be selected in advance for parties over 30 people.

Wine/Beverages

Please select wines at least one week in advance in order to guarantee availability.

Payment

A 65% deposit and agreement to standard contract terms is required to reserve the date. The balance is due immediately upon event conclusion. 8.875% sales tax and 22% service and administration apply to all food and beverage charges.
