On Wednesday, November 30th, Chef David Bouley will invite guests to take a culinary journey to Rioja, where the region’s oldest winery –named European winery of the Year by Wine Enthusiast in 2013 — will feature its impressive portfolio of Bordeaux-influenced Rioja wines
Marqués de Riscal’s stunning portfolio will be paired in a six-course menu and feature the unique offering of a Rueda Sauvignon Blanc, signature Reserva and Gran Reserva offerings and the winery’s premier offering of Baron de Chirel.
Enjoy one of the last meals at Bouley – Chef David Bouley’s flagship restaurant – before it closes at the end of the year. About Marqués de Riscal
Marqués de Riscal is a historical family producer that has revolutionized Spanish winemaking. Founded in 1858 by Guillermo Hurtado de Amézaga, the family-owned producer was the first to introduce a Bordeaux-style red wine in Rioja, establishing bold, high-quality wines to join the ranks of its Italian and French counterparts. Embodying Marqués de Riscal’s philosophy of innovation is The City of Wine, designed by world-famous architect Frank O. Gehry. The stunning architectural landmark combines winery, luxury hotel and spa, Michelin-starred dining destination, wine education center and museum facilities.
