We invite you to Cooking Crossroads – a gluten-free voyage on Columbus Day through Japan and the Mediterranean at Bouley Botanical.

Join us as Chef David Bouley and Executive Chef of Research and Development for Bouley, Chef Dani Chavez, present an entirely gluten-free menu that celebrates the versatility and dynamism of celiac-friendly grains like buckwheat and quinoa across Mediterranean and Japanese cuisines. You will dine on nutrient dense dishes while surrounded by over 400 species of edible plants supported by the largest biodynamic greenhouse in New England.

The evening will begin with a 30 minute reception featuring passed gluten-free canapés. Guests will then enjoy a progressive, seasonal multi-course gluten-free tasting menu accompanied by a gluten-free beverage program fashioned by Beverage Director Adrien Falcon.
