We invite you to Back East of Paris – Danube: Revisited – in which Chef David Bouley will revisit and offer a menu of highlights from his late, Viennese-inspired restaurant, Danube, and his 2003 cookbook – East of Paris: The New Cuisines of Austria and the Danube.

Try dishes like Wild Coho Alaskan Salmon Fingerling Rosti with Golden Oscietra Caviar and Salmon Trout Roe and Slow Braised Hungarian Beef Goulash with Quark Spätzle, while enjoying an Austrian beverage program curated by Beverage Director Adrien Falcon.

The evening will begin with a 30 minute reception featuring passed Viennese canapés and our signature Danube cocktail with sparkling wine and enderflower gelée on arrival. Guests will then enjoy a multi-course, Danube tasting menu – completely at the discretion of Chef David Bouley – with a corresponding Austrian beverage program fashioned by Beverage Director Adrien Falcon.
