On Thursday, November 14th, Bouley will host a Parusso Wine Dinner in the Bouley Red Room.
Join renowned Barolo winemaker, Marco Parusso, for an intimate evening at Bouley Restaurant, as he shares rare and hard to find producer selected wines from his estate dating back to 1998.
Chef Bouley will create a fall harvest custom pairing menu for this special event.
The evening will take place in Bouley’s elegant Red Room, and will begin promptly at 6:30pm with a reception featuring passed canapés and an aperitif. Tickets for winemaker dinner are $395 per person (plus tax and service).
