Description

We invite you to a time-honored New York City tradition – Thanksgiving in the Main Dining Room at Bouley. This experience is part of a series of holiday dinners that we will present this season at 163 Duane Street for the last time.

Join us as Chef David Bouley presents a ritual holiday celebration feast including dishes like Butternut, Acorn and Hubbard Squash Soup with Almond Milk and Organic Pennsylvania Young Turkey with Local Brussels Sprouts, Organic Pistachios, Cape Cod Cranberry Chutney and Black Walnut Sage Stuffing.

The experience will begin at 7:00 PM with a 30 minute reception featuring passed Thanksgiving canapés. Guests will then enjoy a six-course Thanksgiving meal accompanied by (and including) a wine program curated by Beverage Director Adrien Falcon.

Please note that guests will be seated communally at the same table to celebrate community and sharing this Thanksgiving.
