“The more preventive and self-care we offer and that people employ, the more their lives will be improved.” – Dr. Lloyd Sederer
Join us for an evening with Chef David Bouley and Dr. Lloyd Sederer – Chief Medical Officer for the New York State Office of Mental Health. Dr. Sederer provides medical leadership for a mental health system which annually serves over 700,000 people and operates 22 hospitals, 90 clinics, two research institutes, and oversees community services throughout a state of ~ 19 million.
Dr. Sederer will draw upon history, literature, four decades of diverse clinical practice, mental health research and public health experience to address Four Secrets in Plain Sight for improving mental health. This experience will help guests improve their own life—by identifying these secrets and taking action in ways that can work immediately, closing the science-to-practice gap.
Dr. Sederer’s presentation will be followed by a multi-course wine dinner created and prepared by Chef David Bouley, nutritionally oriented to enhance mental health and clarity.
