Please join us at Bouley Botanical for a series of collaborative health-focused lectures by world renowned doctors and multi-course wine dinners, curated by Chef David Bouley.

Each event begins with a reception featuring passed canapés and a specialty health tonic cocktail. Guests will have the opportunity to mingle in the company of the guest doctor. Chef Bouley will then prepare a multicourse menu with wine pairing featuring products and ingredients to address the topic of the evening. The doctor will present during the event and be available for all questions and answers.

About Dr. Aviva Romm:

Aviva Romm, M.D. is a Manhattan based integrative women and children’s physician, author of the bestselling book The Adrenal Thyroid Revolution, and of the award winning textbook, Botanical Medicine for Women’s Health. Also a midwife and herbalist, She has bridged the best of traditional medicine with good science for over three decades. Aviva Romm did her medical training and internship in Internal Medicine at Yale School of Medicine and her residency in Family Medicine with Obstetrics at Tufts Family Medicine Residency. She is also a graduate of the University of Arizona Integrative Medicine Residency program. She is also an avid environmental health advocate, researching and publishing on the impact of toxins on fertility, pregnancy, women’s hormones, and chronic illness in women and children. Dr. Romm is one of the nation’s leaders in botanical medicine and is the author of 7 books on natural medicine, including the textbook Botanical Medicine for Women’s Health (Elsevier) and her latest book The Adrenal Thyroid Revolution (Harper One, January 2017). She is the author of the integrative medicine curriculum for the Yale Internal Medicine and Pediatric Residencies, and is on numerous scientific advisory and editorial boards, including Prevention Magazine. She lives and practices medicine in western Massachusetts and New York City and is a nationally sought speaker, author, and consultant.
