“I was introduced to my career in food by my mother and grandmother at an early age. One of the most lasting lessons was the gift of sensuality and the emotional joy of celebrating food. As a young person, I read all of M.F.K. Fisher’s books and I love the gift that she shared of understanding the power of food to bring loved ones together. On Valentine’s Day, we will deliver to you a gift bag of which will include a few of our healthy building blocks for you to create your own living pantry and create sensual moments through food with those you love, as well as your own copy of “The Art of Eating”.

The evening will begin with a 45 minute reception / chef demonstration featuring passed canapés. You will watch our chefs prepare a variety of small bites in full sight as you sip Champagne or a specialty cocktail. Chef Bouley will then give a short presentation on how you can use the gift bag at home to build and execute a healthy living pantry. We then invite you to be seated to enjoy an intimate 6-course menu, inspired by quotes from M.F.K. Fisher, whose sensuous, evocative prose redefined food writing. Each course will feature a wine pairing by Wine Director Adrien Falcon. Enjoy a selection of artisanal chocolates, yours to take home, along with M.F.K. Fisher’s collection of essays entitled “The Art of Eating”.
