We invite you to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year at the Bouley Test Kitchen. Indulge with your special someone in an exclusive and unique Valrhona chocolate making class, where each couple will create their own selection of artisanal chocolates and truffles, followed by a dining experience designed by Chef David Bouley.

- The evening will begin with a 45 minute reception featuring passed canapés, champagne and a mixologist demonstration of our signature elderflower Champagne aperitif.
- We then invite each couple to learn and create their own artisanal chocolates with master chocolatier, Sarah Bouley.
- Guests will then enjoy an intimate 6-course tasting menu accompanied with a wine pairing by Wine Director Adrien Falcon.
- All guests will take home a special savory black truffle gift from La Rustichella Truffles USA along with sensual Bouley Test Kitchen recipes to create at home, in addition to their chocolate creations.
