brushstroke, featuring our Kaiseki Restaurant and Ichimura at brushstroke, is the only restaurant in North America that features two Michelin star restaurants within one space
In the Kaiseki Restaurant, Chef Isao Yamada presents his artisanal 8 course kaiseki menu ($135) and an 8 course fully vegetarian menu ($120). In addition to our award-winning wine and sake program, a full selection of seasonally-inspired artisanal cocktails are also available. The kaiseki menus are served both at tables or at brushstroke’s unique chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen.
In Ichimura at brushstroke, Chef Eiji Ichimura serves traditional edo-mae sushi in an intimate setting. This master chef’s omakase menus start at $195, with Chef Ichimura improvising and tailoring the menu to each individual customer.
