Join us for an evening with Dr. Peter H.R. Green, MD, as he discusses “Gluten-free, is it appropriate for everyone?” Dr. Green, is the Director of the Celiac Disease Center and Professor of Clinical Medicine at Columbia University, as well as an Attending Physician at the New York Presbyterian Hospital. The Celiac Disease Center sees thousands of patients, both adult and pediatric gastroenterologists, annually.

Please join us at Bouley Test Kitchen for a series of collaborative health-focused lectures by world renowned doctors and multi-course wine dinners, curated by Chef David Bouley.

Each event begins with a reception featuring passed canapés and a specialty health tonic cocktail. Guests will have the opportunity to mingle in the company of the guest doctor. Chef Bouley will then prepare a multi-course menu with wine pairing featuring products and ingredients to address the topic of the evening. The doctor will present during the event and be available for all questions and answers.

About Peter Green:

Dr. Peter Green is the Director of The Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University and the Phyllis and Ivan Seidenberg Professor of Medicine at Columbia University.

Dr. Green received his medical degree from University of Sydney, Australia. After completing his Residency and GI fellowship in Sydney he became a Research fellow at Harvard Medical School and in the Gastroenterology Department at the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the American College of Gastroenterology.  He has lectured on celiac disease at many medical institutions throughout the world as well as national and international meetings.  Ranked #1 in the world for celiac disease research by expertscape.com, with more than 500 peer reviewed research publications, the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University has a core of researchers who are leading some of the most important science in celiac disease.  Additional information is available at www.celiacdiseasecenter.columbia.edu.
