We invite you to Apples and Honey – a biodynamic celebration of the Jewish New Year at Bouley Botanical.

Chef David Bouley will create a ritual feast to commemorate the second night of Rosh Hashanah, utilizing fresh produce from his urban farm. Dip Bouley Baked Bread and fresh organic apples in manuka honey and savor traditional Jewish dishes as interpreted by the Bouley culinary team.

The evening will begin at 6:30 with a 30 minute reception featuring passed canapés and klezmer music. Guests will then enjoy a multi-course Rosh Hashanah dinner accompanied by a kosher wine program curated by Beverage Director Adrien Falcon.

Please note that the menu will be Kosher-style but that our cuisine is not traditionally designated kosher.
