Join us as we open Bouley Test Kitchen, Chef David Bouley’s epicurean laboratory, to only 55 guests for an intimate evening of chef demonstrations and spectacular cuisine.

Step into our culinary realm as Bouley chefs demonstrate how to create three of Chef David Bouley’s signature dishes. Enjoy a multi-course wine dinner immediately following the demonstrations and taste some of the very dishes that you watched being created.

The evening will begin with 30 minutes of passed canapés and an hour-long culinary demonstration of three signature Bouley dishes in our open kitchen. This experience will be followed by a multi-course dinner created and prepared by the Bouley culinary team with a corresponding wine program by Beverage Director Adrien Falcon.
