Description

We invite you to our Masquerade Ball on October 31st! Don your mask as we commemorate Halloween with a carnival featuring circus acts and costumed performance artists. Wine and dine while listening to live classical music by Shattered Glass, a conductor-less string ensemble that fuses the beauty and precision of a classical orchestra with the raw energy of a punk rock band. Don’t miss your chance to attend this evening of gaiety and spectacular cuisine.

Savor Chef David Bouley’s French nouvelle cuisine by delighting in a 12-course progressive passed reception banquet composed of signature canapés, charcuterie, Bouley baked breads and desserts by Chef Etienne Le Bastard.

Experience live cooking demonstrations and a special Halloween beverage program curated by Beverage Director Adrien Falcon. Trick or treat yourself to an extraordinary evening at Bouley Test Kitchen.
