Join us at Bouley Botanical for an evening with Chef David Bouley and Dr. Aviva Romm, MD – one of Mind Body Green’s top “100 Women to Watch in Wellness,” referred to as “the face of natural medicine in the 21st century” by Prevention Magazine. The experience is part of “The Chef and the Doctor”– our series of health-focused, multi-course culinary experiences featuring world renowned doctors and Chef David Bouley.

Aviva’s presentation will explore various topics in integrative medicine and specifically how best to eat for immunity and inner balance. She will discuss several topics from her 7 books on natural medicine, including some from her latest book – “The Adrenal Thyroid Revolution” (Harper One, January 2017).

Aviva’s presentation will be followed by a wellness-inspired multi-course wine dinner created and prepared by Chef David Bouley.
