We invite you to David Bouley’s New England Summer Clam Bake next week at Bouley Test Kitchen. Chef Bouley is personally sourcing fresh seafood from the Cape for a one-night-only surprise summer seafood celebration on Wednesday evening, August 9th at 6 PM. Try Cape Cod Lobster, Wild Striped Bass, Wellfleet Oysters, Chatham Bay Clams, biodynamic corn-on-the-cob and more while exploring Chef Bouley’s new culinary laboratory in Flatiron.

Guests will enjoy a spectacular seafood clam bake buffet designed and presented by Chef David Bouley with desserts by Pastry Chef Etienne Le Bastard. The cuisine will be accompanied by a wine program fashioned by Beverage Director Adrien Falcon.
