Cathy Corison Winemaker Dinner:

Cathy Corison is a California wine pioneer who, from her first vintage in 1987 to today, has upped the standard for fine wine produced in the United States. In this same spirit, Chef David Bouley has defined the standard for fine dining; in 1987 were you lucky enough to dine at the opening of the original Bouley, perhaps you witnessed the entire evolution.

Bouley was one of the first restaurants in NYC to pour Corison, and is a favorite of vintner Cathy Corison. Today, Corison Winery still doesn’t export much wine; even stateside it is a relatively rare find outside of California, with but a handful of NYC restaurants uncorking the Corison imprint –  so please join Cathy Corison and Chef David Bouley for a Winemaker Dinner to celebrate the longevity of this rare pairing.

Seats for this multi-course Wine Maker Dinner
are very limited.
