For $995 a couple (additional guests at $495) — includes a special tasting menu devised by Chef Bouley, along with a champagne toast with him in the kitchen after dinner.

• Please be advised that the a la carte menu will not be available throughout the holidays. Chef Bouley will serve a special Valentine’s Tasting menu.
• We also request that in the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 14 days prior to the holiday.
