Paella Weekday Demos are different than Sunday, and one may enjoy both. Limited to 8 seats, Weekday Demos are technique intensive, seated around the Chef’s Cooktop Table in Bouley at Home.

A 3-course 2-wine pairing lunch is prepared specific to each class subject with ingredients used during the demonstration.
