Chef David Bouley and Zach Mangan (Kettl Tea) invite you to experience the delicacy of fine Japanese teas in Bouley at Home – ブーレイアットホーム.
Zach will guide you through a five-course, Autumn Tea-Ceremony experience designed with Chef Bouley to pair with Kettl Teas. Original “tea music” from prefecture field recordings will be played during lunch.
