In this interactive cooking class demo, learn how to eat the right food, the right bacteria, pre-biotics and probiotics that studies show strengthen our immune system.

Chef Dani will discuss the history, chemistry, unique taste profiles and applications of fermented foods that David Bouley embraces to enhance flavors, textures and consistency in his signature healthy cooking style.
